Hydroelectric Corporation, is a C corporation organized under the Laws of Texas, with the objective to manufacture Hydroelectric Units (“H-EL Units”) in the United States and China. The Company long term strategy is to become the largest provider of renewable energy worldwide. The project plan is to build 10-20 H-EL Units a year, to serve the global market which is in high demand of electricity, in particular renewable energy. It is just a matter of time before we will see a shift in the global energy market, where more and more renewables will come into play. Wind and solar power will however not be enough to cover the loss of fossil fuels, but the solution proposed by Hydroelectric Corporation will.
